4. Payments & Billing

- Monthly retainers auto-renew unless cancelled
- Ad spend is NOT included in management fees (unless specified)
All fees are non-refundable unless required by law or covered by a written money-back guarantee.
5. Refund & Cancellation Policy
All services are billed based on the work performed. Due to the nature of digital advertising and strategy services:
- No refunds are offered for services already delivered
- Cancellations require at least 14 days notice
- Any outstanding dues must be paid before cancelling
- Money-back or rework guarantees apply only if stated in your service agreement
We cannot guarantee specific results such as ROAS, rankings, or lead volume, as they depend on external factors (industry, market, product, platform restrictions, competitor activity, etc.).
6. Advertising Platforms & Account Suspension
We follow best practices and platform policies, but we cannot control the decisions of external platforms.
